My name is Jacquelyn. I am a fine art portrait photographer and have proudly owned Local Honey Photography for 11 years. Although I shoot all types of portraiture ranging from weddings to families, I truly specialize in making women look and feel like the bombshells they are. I have shot boudoir (and I mean, A LOT of boudoir, 350+ women) over the past ten years and I recently started to day dream about breaking the mold of the typical "lingerie" portraits. So many women have been there, done that, and are looking for something fresh and different. I thought to myself, women want to look and feel sexy, so what if we could create a session that could give them an out of this world confidence boost without having to strip down or show skin? A session that could be tasteful, sensual, but also playful and fun.

LOCATION: These sessions are shot at a secluded car wash in Port Neches. The stalls run perpendicular to the street (so you can't see in them from the road) and there are empty lots and a canal to the side of the property as well as a privacy fence behind it. It really is the absolute perfect tucked away spot for this. We shoot in the very back corner stall with my SUV parked in front of us as well, so you don't have to worry about being on display. Privacy is my priority.
VEHICLES: During our consultation before our session (I will email you after you book) we will discuss what your vision is for your portraits so I can make it happen. Do you want to shoot with your own vehicle? Maybe your husbands truck, motorcycle, or even boat?! *Disclaimer: I am dying to shoot a session with a golf cart! How fun would that be?! If you don't have your own vehicle to shoot with that's just fine, I can help facilitate borrowing something that fits into the style of what you are wanting.
HAIR & MAKEUP: There are three collection choices to choose from and ALL of them include professional hair and makeup from the BEST in the biz, Lexi Amy/Glo Up by Lexi. Before our shoot you will go to the LHP Studio to get glammed up with Lexi.
WHAT TO WEAR: There are endless options for these so I recommend just wearing what you feel more comfortable and confident in. Personally, I love the white shirt and denim shorts look. But other ideas include bikinis or swimsuits, a sundress ...anything! We will go over everything in your consultation before our session, so no need to overthink it. I am here to help!
TURNAROUND TIME: Your gallery will be delivered in two weeks or less.
